- 39% Higher ADR over previous year. WVH surpassed the market avg of 26% by over 13%
- 9.25% Higher Avr Occupancy than previous year hosting
- 1.350 Hosted Rez in March and 1.019 Hosted Rez in April ( 27% Higher than 2021 )
- 38% More Units on WVH portfolio
- 18% of Reservations was from Returning Guests
- Raise of 11.50% from 2021
- 34.59% More Tasks Completed on season !
We are extremely proud and thankful for our Team for our Team for their outstanding performance.Exceeding expectations with the results in all points of the market analysis. Better yet, delivering the best service for each Guest and HomeOwner !
In conclusion, we are already focusing on next High Season : Summer 2022. Which already performing 23% higher ADR on reservations that have been done. Our LOS is close to 6.5 days and we are seeing a great pace on bookings; around 45 new reservations daily ! Our Hotelier View of market is giving us all tools needed to follow and adjust ours listing to the best position in Revenue and Occupancy for next Summer 2022 !
